In short: we collect the details you give us when you request a quote so we can respond, and we use cookies to run the site and — only after you accept — to measure our advertising. You can decline advertising cookies and still use everything. We never sell your personal information.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us when you submit the quote or promotional form: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and any message or project details you include.
• Technical & marketing information collected automatically to understand how people find us: the page you landed on, the site that referred you, campaign parameters (UTM tags), approximate location, and standard device/browser information.
• Cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 5.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your quote request, schedule a design visit, and provide our services.
• To contact you about your inquiry, including the confirmation email you receive after submitting the form.
• To understand which marketing brings customers to us, and — with your consent — to measure and improve our advertising.
• To keep the site secure and working, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

4. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, under agreements that limit their use of it:

• Supabase — securely stores our lead and customer records.
• Resend — delivers our notification and confirmation emails.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — only if you accept advertising cookies, to measure and optimize our ads (see Section 5).
• Vercel — hosts the website.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

5. Cookies & the Meta Pixel

Essential storage. The site uses a small amount of first-party browser storage to function — for example, to remember which marketing link brought you here so your quote request is accurate. This is necessary for the site to work.

Advertising & analytics (consent required). We use the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram advertising. The Meta Pixel is not loaded and collects nothing until you click "Accept" on the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you click "Decline," no advertising or analytics cookies are set. When active, the Meta Pixel may record page views and form submissions and share them with Meta; see Meta's Privacy Policy for how Meta uses that data.

Changing your choice. To withdraw or change your cookie consent, clear this site's data in your browser settings and reload the page — the banner will appear again so you can choose. You can also block or delete cookies entirely through your browser.

6. How long we keep information

We keep quote and customer records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and warranty obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

7. Your choices & rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing contact@fairacreslighting.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we will honor those rights as required.

8. Children

Our services are for homeowners and are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
